What's For Dinner?

We have decided not to go out as it's chuffing cold out there and my neck is playing up, etc.

So we have stuff to bung in the oven - samosas, shish kebabs, bhajis, etc.., with an Epicurean collection of dips and chutneys. We have some lovely wine to accompany.

What's on your menu tonight?

That sounds lovely, Clo-Jo. I had a superb one in St Ives one year - loads of chorizo, prawns and crabmeat.

KFC meal for one at a motorway services - eaten while people watching. What skanks some people are! Leggings seem to be the fashion of the day - whoever decided they looked good in tight black leggings with a belly hanging over the top must want their bumps felt.

baked chicken thighs on a bed of new potatoes, shallots, peppers and garlic - then some mush added. roasted green beans,cauli and baby carrots on the side.
