Somethings Happened To Windows

My laptop has been a bit unreliable over the last few months, doing auto repairs when I switch it on, having to nomb out because it won't close down etc. It's become more frequent recently and been saying that the repair hasn't fixed it and what do I want yo do. I have always chosen proceed to windows anyway.
Now it won't connect to yhe Internet. Its not our router as all other devices work, its deffo something to do with windows. I have tried a reset from settings but it won't do it. Anyone have any ideas on what to do next? It recognises the network but says it has no I trnet (not true!)
