I've only seen bits of the programme but the bits I saw featured a lot of people sitting around boozing all day in cramped and cluttered mobile homes that would be ovens in the Spanish sun. No privacy, no solitude and no peace.
Still far too close to too many people. Not for me. They all seem to smoke, too.
It does get cold in Benidorm, my sister lives not far away from their and she really feels the cold in winter, although it feels warm to me. Live there for a couple of years and you get used to the summer heat.
Never seen the programme, but from what Barry is revealing here it's not really my cup of tea either. I'd certainly need the company of someone like you JJ to survive ;-)
I agree with you jenny, I think their lifestyles look good and the caravans seem roomy enough to me and very modern. It's not for me personally though, I like changing seasons. I like the way a lot of them seem to help charities.
