Hi, I have black shiny kitchen worktops. The problem is even though they look nice, when you clean them, they are always smeared. I wash and dry them wipe with kitchen roll, but they still look smudged. Any advice what I could do or use please ?
Thanks for that buenchico. I already protect the surfaces as they suggest, I did take on board using maybe washing up liquid to clean. Got scratches on it too don’t know how because I am really careful !!!
That's the problem with black shiny things...difficult to make them look really clean/smear-free/scratch-free/mark-free.
That's the reason I won't have a black or very dark-coloured car!
I have same problem, Bobbie. I wipe in sections with wet kitchen roll but immediately rub dry that section with a clean dry tea towel and it gets rid of all smears.
I have gloss worktops, not black admittedly, but do mine with Dettol surface cleaner spray and kitchen roll, comes up shiny with no streaks. Also I have a black glass dining table and I just use a spray bottle with warm water in it, then dry/polish it up with a microfibre cloth, no smears there either. Hope this helps bobbie.
