Morning, Saturday already the weekend starts here. I hope that you are all in good health and that your day is a pleasant one.

I haven't had a lot of sleep so if I disappear its because I have dropped off again. In some discomfort but trying to get about with a pair of crutches.

well done emmie for tackling the flight of stairs - that's one mean defeat. Once you get home you will get moving more.

There ya go it's all over - well the operation that you were so worried about for months.

Why don't you ask for a sleeping aid whilst in hospital. I do think you need a good sleep which would help you immensely. You can only ask.
