I am a new landlord ha new to everything in this area so the questions
1. I sent certified letter with giving the correct time frame to a tenant that after his lease term I will not be renewing another lease [Dec 31] 1 do I still except his monthly rent payment for Dec or return. 2 if they stay past the lease term do I still file eviction charges to a magistrate

Not sure if they pay in advance but if the tenant doesn't owe the rent return it stating clearly why it is not required.
