i had a addiction which is Maladaptive daydreaming that i am trying to withdraw. but after 2 days i am having lightheaded ness what should i do please help me. i don want to quit my addiction.
when i am with my family talking to them. that time i dont feel anything just enjoy. but when i am alone i feel lightheaded
