Lovely Woollen Duvet

some years back I bought the above - but years down they are far too heavy particularly when I have to put the cover on

some Aber advised me but the one I bought far too heavy - I am looking for a lovely light weight one one with the warmth (woollen)

Just after making the bed and it is a bloody tonne weight - any advise please. Thanks

feeling a little better. Just getting ready to go surgery for whatever I need now

I got my hair cut yesterday but the hairdresser as she was cutting the side of my head (where the swelling is) - found two cuts on the side of my hair but she did they say they were turning yellow so hopefully they are getting a little better. I will ask nurse to have a wee look in. Hearing hasn't fully come back better

Couldn't use wool but I have just bought a set of teddy fleece duvet cover and bottom sheet - they are so cosy and comfortable I don't want to get out of bed.

thanks for answers - thanks Tiggs - wanted to nurse look at the swelling but she wouldn't it. So it is painful and I need to lie on something like cotton wool. Also two pains down my two arms. Actually was brought down to blood pressure - wouldn't do that either as I am supposed to be strong blood pressure pills

Barry looked at those but I like to feel very warm in bed and don't think they would be warm enough

Save yourself some money and put a flat sheet under the duvet, then you will rarely have to change the cover. If you use a throw over the bed you won't need to use the duvet cover at all, much less faff

I don’t understand why everyone doesn’t put flat sheets under the duvet, much more hygienic .

Jennyjoan are you saying the nurse refused to look at your head injury?
I would be putting in a formal complaint
