I was wondering whether it would be possible, to change the destination of an e-mail when you click a link to an e-mail message. What i mean is you click on the link to the New Message, and under the To: section it has the full domain such as [email protected]. is it possible to change this to just a couple of words?

And still get to that email address? No.
If in your address book you have e-mail addresses set up with a Display Name or Nickname:

e.g Freddy who has the address [email protected] then just typing Freddy into the address bar should pick up the full address and it should get there.

Is this what you mean? (You can do this in Outlook Express or Outlook) Just click on an address in your address book to see the headings. Have a play.
