Doesn’t exist. No phone number, you have to Live Chat…. I was 27th in queue on Live Chat yesterday. Just beware before you buy from them in case you have a problem with delivery.

Are you on Face book? message them through FB and you will get a response. I recently had the same problem, they were taking me around in circles so I put a message on the public page , which they deleted, but I also sent them a message through the messaging facility . I got an instant message back asking for order number and my details, then within 45 minutes had another message informing me I had been given a refund.

I don’t use 0345 numbers. Barry the 0116 number just tells you to leave a message online so l tried Live chat. Eventually used Live Chat early this morning and got a response.

Why don't you use 0345 numbers? It costs the same as calling your next door neighbour or uses your included minutes if you call from a mobile

As Barry indicates, under Ofcom rules all phone companies (both landline and mobile) must charge exactly the same for calls to 03 numbers as they do to 01 or 02 ones. In many cases (i.e. where one has spare 'included minutes' in one's tariff) that means that such calls are effectively free.
