Ive set up my internet in my room at university however i cant get my webcam to send on msn and it keeps signing me out of msn and also my avg free cant downlad updates. if any1 cud help i would be most grateful however i havnt really got a clue if answers could be in laymans terms please thankyou so much

I think you need to talk to the uni's IT people. It could be that you'll need to specify a proxy server to access this sort of stuff, but there's no way to tell from here!
