When you are annoyed that's probably the time to sit down and work out why you are annoyed. Sometimes it's because you feel they are not listening to you, or are doing something you don't like, Try to work out why it makes you feel bad. When you are annoyed that's probably the time to sit down and work out why you are annoyed. Sometimes it's because you feel they are not listening to you, or are doing something you don't like, Try to work out why it makes you feel bad. It may be something deep down that is nothing to do with them really. If it is then just let it go until you are calmer then maybe ask then m not to do that thing and explain why, if it's the not listening try to set aside a time without distractions and again try to explain why you feel this is happening. Your feelings are your responsibility. But their actions and yours are something that can be controlled. Dave and I got quite good at blowing up and then talking it through. We were both Capable of a sudden explosion leaving the other going what the **** just happened then ok ten minute time out and one of us would either say sorry or make a cup of tea and say do you want to talk about what triggered that.( For me it was if he tried mansplaining)
