Scam Parcel
3 Answers
Received a pair of furry ear muffs today from a firm called PFT Logistics - on googling them it seems many people have received items that are not what they ordered or of the same value. Many of them are in the US but some other in UK. I can't remember what I ordered, might have been a fleece lined top but the previous one I ordered arrived ok. I would have paid by debit card, and there is nothing untoward on my bank account so far - any ideas what I should do? What miffed me was my email address and mobile number were printed on the address label.

Happened to us, we contacted the seller who at least answered but then asked us for codes on the label and kept saying it was an invalid code so wouldnt refund, then eventually they offered 20% off then 30%. Eventually we claimed via credit card and got refunded.
Moral... if an offer looks to good and its an overseas supplier (especially China as ours was- big mistake) you havent heard of then look elswhere
