Saturday for those who've lost track of the days, as I almost did.

I have no plans to go anywhere this weekend. There's something really nice about getting home on a Friday and shutting the world out until Monday morning.

I hope Bobbi had a safe journey home from Lanzarote. It's a shame she had to come back to this weather.

Morning Lcg and all, all went smooth until….we were sat on the aircraft when a stewardess went on her tannoy requesting a Mrs someone to raise her hand , a man raised his and said “ that’s my wife ,she had a phone call saying someone ( may have been a relative) was poorly and was in hospital in Gran Canaria,so she’s took a flight there !
Why he hadn’t informed somebody immediately is anyones guess ! Consequently the ground crew had to take off all the luggage till they found hers , as a security measure, resulting in us being over an hour late taking off

Flying is already tedious without the hold-ups, Bobbi, but at least you got home in the end.

I must go and face the day.
