1. With the scarcity of yeast, I've looked at the idea of baking sourdough loaves which use the natural yeasts in the flour and in the air - it seems to be a long job developing the "starter" however. Has anyone experience of such a process and what were the results like ?

2. I encountered an online advert for a robot cleaner. Has anyone experience of these who could recommend one ?

There are loads of 'review' websites that claim to tell you what the best robotic cleaners are but the vast majority of them are just trying to direct you to the products that they're really trying to promote. However I have faith in TechRadar as a reliable source of information, so you might care to take a look at their recommendations:

Once you have your bun in the oven .. surely you will have plenty time to run round with a hoover ?
I bought a Robot Cleaner. My house is too cluttered and it kept getting stuck and the cats were terrified of it. I rehomed the robot and kept the cats.
This might help....you can also make a faux sourdough starter with yeast flour and water in a similar way https://www.kingarthurflour.com/recipes/sourdough-starter-recipe
