Orange juice "runs thru me" ...why?

Only recently when I drink orange juice I find that I have to go to the bathroom with what seems to be a mild case of dihorea(sp?)....the juice just seems to run thru me....does anyone else experience this .....same goes with fresh oranges eaten in segments.....

Umm im not sure why this happens...but the same thing kinda happens to me whenever i drink apple juice?!?!? Dont know why tho..

I'm the same with orange and apple juice.  I put it down to their acidity.  Both give me upset stomachs.

could be the vit c content. Vit c (ascorbic acid) is known for loosening the bowels

It was the same with me plus oranges gave me terrific migraines,needless to day I dont eat them anymore.

Is it when you drink it on an empty stomach, or at anytime?

I think its a well known thing that too much Orange Juice can give you a funny stomach.

I have irritable bowel syndrome and i find that even the smallest bit of orange juice ruins my stomach and i actually get cramps. You could have this. Its best to check with your GP
