Trouble Logging In To Online Banking
I have two savings accounts with Tesco Bank, one where I save for my grandson and another called Internet Saver (both my wife and I have log in available to on line banking) - not worried about interest rates !!
I tried to log on to online banking via Tescobank.com yesterday (using Chrome as the browser)and nothing I tried would get past where I have to enter 2 numbers from my pass number. All I got was a pink box telling me to enter only digits which I was doing all the time. I eventually called the Online servicing number and was on the phone for 42 minutes. In the end I hung up as the adviser had no idea why this was happening. This morning I decided to try using Firefox and all was ok !! (Chrome still didn't "work") Can anybody please explain why this happened. I have looked in settings on Chrome but to no avail
Apologies for this long drawn out tale.

It would definitely be the next thing that I'd try myself. It would probably be best to back-up your Chrome settings first though: https:/ /www.wi kihow.c om/Back up-and- Restore -Google -Chrome %27s-En tire-Se ttings
Then, when you uninstall and reinstall, remember to reboot your computer in between the two operations. (That flushes the registry, preventing any entries from the old installation accidentally getting carried forward to the new one).
