how long after a cinama showing does it take for a film to be shown on tv?

Usually about 12 months. 2-3 on DVD/Video and about 8-12 months on pay per view and then on Sky Movies about 12 months.

Such as recently The Wedding Crashers went out in cinemas in July 2005 and has been on Sky Box Office since about July 2006. It's just premiered last week on Sky Movies so that's taken just over 12 months.
