i have a sketch entitled unloading herring at Foxy? point signed by a W T Shuttleworth and some other writing at the bottom which resembles Parking, ....? it has been framed by Joseph Wilson, Picture Frame Maker, Printseller and Publisher, 381 Oxford Street. Can anyone shed any light on this picture?. Thanks
