How is temperature controlled?

Does chocolate just flow from top to bottom or is it pumped back up somehow?

Do you have to empty the bottom tray to stop it overflowing? How d'you clean it?

A chocolate fountain is just like any other fountain. The chocolate starts off in the bottom and then pumped up through a tube in the middle. It flows over the edge and falls back to the bottom and repeats this process continuously. As far as cleaning it goes, i have no idea. No it never over flows because you add the chocolate to the bottom before you turn it on so if its not over filled to begin with , it cant possibly overflow.
hi ... ive demonstrated the choc fountain as i work in a dept store,,,, cleaning , well ... its a blighter to clean , i just used warm soapy water and made sure it was rinsed properly, and it turned out ok.. whatever you do dont let it all harden!!!!
A better alternative to cleaning would be quite simple......................... LICK-IT clean!!!
my friend dipped his finger into the one at disney world, he tasted it and it made him ill for the rest of the holiday!
