Weekend - What Are You Having For Dinner? :)

I have decided that tomorrow will be Christmas Day!

At least for the two of us. For a change we decided to have some roast beef, which had to be put in the freezer when OH was admitted to hospital. I shall be reducing portion sizes and not doing the usual high number of different veg, but looking forward to it tremendously.

I have put some of my special sausage rolls in the oven, just to set the mood :)

Sorry, I have been out shopping, just a few odds & sods, and a Golden Wedding Anniversary card! Lordy knows where I put the one by pre-emergency. It was the last one in the shop other than a humorous o ne which was unsuitable! It has just occurred to me that at this rate we will be having our Christmas Pud and special cream for Easter - bring it on.

So grateful for all your lovely posts, I would happily cook for all of you, only distance stops me (she smiled to herself!). Diz, I do adore roast beef it allows me to be the carnivore I was born to be;)

The sausage rolls are going down well, I am delighted to say.
Redh - give me a while and I will copy out the recipe for you - promise to double check all the weights and measures - you know my typing ;)
