body fat %

I would like to find out what my body fat % is - does anyone know how I can do this? Or if anyone can help? Perhaps you are a personal trainer who has the facility? I'll buy you a drink in return (or maybe a HEALTH drink)

There are a number of weighing scales on the market that will give you your weight, body fat and body water percentage. I looked at many manufactures / models and how they calculate your percentage and the most reliable brand, and the one I bought is Tanita and they are fantastic - John Lewis stock them. Tanita also have a website.

I think you will be able to find a machine in some chemist shops that measure height, weight, bloodpressure and maybe bodyfat....Think it costs around 2euro .....can also buy those hand held thingies....you put in your age,sex, height, weight and then hold it out in front of you with both hands... an electric charge is sent thru your body and it measures your bodyfat.... gives you a read out in seconds...go into one of the large department stores and see if they have a display model.......and try it out yourself.
