wot is ideal body weight for me? I am 38 5ft 6 and 3/4 inches and weigh 10st 9lb at the moment....

Lucky you, you are right in the middle of your healthy weight range, as you have a body mass index (BMI) of 23.5. A healthy BMI ranges from 18.5-25.

Does it matter anyway, as long as youre happy. I always thing of "in comparison to" eg. I am skinny compared to Marilyn Monroe but fat compared to Victoria Beckham!
