digital photo frame

I received a digital photo frame key ring for Christmas. After putting a few photos on it, I can no longer get the menu on it, all I can do is view the phots. I can`t put new ones on or change them. The menu will not show up. There is only three buttons on it. Forward or Up, Backward or Down and the middle one which is off & on and also should bring up the menu. Hope someone can help. Thanks in anticipation.
