what sketch show featured a Ghandi scene ,including the words *comes with detatchable loin cloth and self contained cupboard* and is it available to view the sketch online? thanks!

Can't remember the scene, but Handy Bendy Ghandi is what I always call him when I see pictures of Ghandi on TV! Never knew why....till now!
