I don’t condone the violence, but I can understand him being peeved.
My neighbour kept on parking on my drive uninvited because I didn’t have a car, but what are any of my driving visitors supposed to do?
I used to wheel my bike VERY closely past his car. He got the message eventually.

At Crewe Magistrates’ Court Glover was ordered to pay the owner of the car, Luke Davies, £300 in compensation after admitting criminal damage, and now faces eviction from the flat.

eviction is the thing....I have been getting out of my car onto my neighbours lawn and he has just had a mega-spazzie over it
