Ive worked as a PA, Customer Services and more recently Account & Project management for last 13 years. In my current company I have been told pretty much I can progress as people above me are not leaving and Im not qualified in the other area of the business (ie IT or art design etc)
We havent been given training for a long time or payrises but I have a lot of energy and enthusiasm which is going to waste as im not getting change to put the energy into anything new and challenging. I looked at my strengths and everyone says my organisational and planning skills are very good, so i thought why not work with my strengths and try and look for another job using these skills and try a new job for fresh challenege. Ive seen lifestyle/ PA companies that plan events/ manage & organise your home life etc. Can anyone recommend any companies in West Sussex area that I could look to approach that do this kind of work? All the online vacanices i have seen are more secretarial roles and not quite what I am after - I want to find a new job before my brain turns to mush and just to feel appreciated again!! :) Anyones thoughts or suggestions would be welome!

It's the right approach, but you've failed at the penultimate hurdle.
You will most likely have to research such companies yourself to target them with an unsolicited letter.
Because this is such a specialised question it is really unlikely you would find someone on here just happening to know this.
However there is a really good chance such companies use to internet to promote their services - so search on the basis of identifying companies through you wanting their services - not because you are job-hunting. Then phone the company and ask reception the name of the MD. Then write to him/her.
You could make a start by doing all the planning for friends or relatives that are having a do or need a clearout. I'v sen this done on TV.

My sister even thought she would be good at it and came to my house to 'have a clearout'. She found it a lot harder than she thought it would be as her ideas and those of her client (in this case me) were very different. She realised that although she tought she was well organised, methodical and logical that didn't always translate to others.

As a start you might also like to consider volunteering to organise something for a local charity to showcase your abilities and get a bit of experience.
Subscribe to Execuary Magazine to network with likeminded people. This is excellent for showing how to improve yourself and shows courses. I'm a PA myself and just posted a question hence reading yours...
