I can't lift my legs up high enough to put my knickers on!

If you have a smallish coffee table, Barsel put two of its legs though the legs of your knickers so they stretch a fair bit.
Then sit down and put your legs in the knickers beside the legs of your coffee table. You will then be able to reach your stretched out knickers easily to pull them up.
Remember to remove coffee table before hoiking up knickers.

Even in my Taekwondo days I couldn't kick that high, nowadays I'd be at risk of pulling or snapping something . and yes I am a 53 year young bird.
