Saturday is here. A day for catching up on what's you've missed all week.

We'll be shopping and prepping for our Sunday lunch tomorrow with the in-laws and catching up on housework. An exciting day in-store for us!

Does anyone have any nice plans?

Whatever you're doing, have a lovely day.

Morning Rowan. Did you sleep well? I hope you're improving x x
First night I can remember with just one trip to the loo, definitely getting better thank you.
All this ta’ak of breakfasts, I’ll have a sausage stotty please

That's really good to hear, Rowan, may it continue at pace.

I might need an afternoon nap later. Somehow a little person in your bed, no matter how little, isn't really conducive to a restful night.

Morning Bobbi. How are you? xx
I thought I’d killed your long GM post….deed , haha
Just coughed for England but had my shower and we’re heading up to Northumberland ( Corbridge) for breakfast with the fam-a-lam, it’s a quaint little town with many curio shops ( you’d love it) so I’ll get myself a new candle as my Christmas one is almost finished x

A lovely part of the country, Bobbi. Is is far to drive from where you are? I love quaint towns and villages and curio shops :-)
No, only around a 30 minute drive away Lcg

That's not bad then, Bobbi. It's about the same drive from here to Ludlow (or maybe slightly longer) which is a lovely town will some culinary gems and quaint little shops. I will probably go one Saturday when it's not quite so parky out there.

You up to much this evening?
well, that's the coffee aboard and the first part of the crosswords/puzzles done - though may be more coffee is beckoning here. Also maybe some fish and chips for lunch, a cracking good joint about a mile away that one can sit in and family run. Also got a new fuse for my 'Henry' and we're back up and running, the live wire had come loose....

You'll be ready to face the day now you're all coffeed up, DT. We haven't got as far as coffee yet but I am on Tea number 4.

To be honest I'll probably switch to green tea for the rest of the day and have coffee tomorrow instead.

Rutherford had better get me a paper today - I didn't get one last week and I was not amused ;)
