what if the existence of god was proven?

What would you think if the existence of god and jesus was ever proven beyond all doubt?
I don't know how, but say it was something that banished all doubt once and for all.
How would you feel? Believers and non- believers

(please no insisting that he already does exist, that is a separate debate � I mean from a realistic point of view � what would you feel if it was proven outright)

What if it was suddnely proved beyond all doubt that Santa Claus actually exists? We'd all feel pretty stupid for laughing behind kids' backs.

religion is based on faith

faith = that of which there is little if any proof

religion is a good way to subjugate people, most if not all religion is based on fear, the fear of going to hell

god sounds like some sort of tinpot dictator to me

Im sure years ago on TV I saw something on the news they claimed was meant to be an artifact that belonged to Joseph which proved the existence of jesus, but only that jesus was a living person it didn't give any detail of miracles, virgin births, god or anything, but was just something that belonged to joseph that made references to jesus. If anyone can find this out on some past news website, Id love to see it again, but i DO remember it roughly around 1997 - 1998 time

I remember the Douglas Adams take now - God stated that proof denied faith, and without faith he was nothing. So if he was proven to exist he would cease to.

locust/let's be honest with ourselves we all wish to know .if there is a creator or not but when you look around and see all the wonderful things which goes on in creation. and the Marvellous many of stars in the sky how they rotate how they stay in place .you cannot say nobody created those things it's like walking through woods .And then come and across a house which has been built. and you look up and say there's a house for me . you don't enquire, who it belongs to, or where it come from ,from the beginning so therefore someone had to create it or make it or build it ,only logic ,tells you , that,someone had to build it , there is a supreme being in the sky or in the heavens directing and keeping things in Motion,,Others question God’s existence because of seeing human suffering, and not receiving a satisfactory Scriptural answer for it. And still others have been turned away from God because of the conflicting teachings and the atheistic leanings of . psalm 14,1.2 , asv . The fool hath said in his heart, There is no God. Proven ? God does not exist..
