there is a soundtrack cd from the film...try looing at amazon for some help.
Hiya,

After looking on a couple of websites I found that it is apparantly Faure's "Dolly Suite".
There's a clip of part of this piece of music here:

http://www.last.fm/music/Gabriel+Faur%C3%A9/_/ Dolly+Suite+-+1.+Berceuse+(Faure)

And another part here:

http://www.last.fm/music/Gabriel+Faur%C3%A9/_/ Dolly+Suite+-+2.+Miaou+(Faure)

I've seen the film but wouldn't remember exactly what they played.
As mentioned above, it is from FAURE 'Dolly' Suite, op. 56 (six pieces for piano duet). It is not on the soundtrack.
The individual suites are:

Berceuse
Le Jardin De Dolly
Kitty-Valse
Mi-a-ou
Tendresse
Le Pas Espagnole

I think the one played was Berceuse.
