Old Woman

I’m trying to describe a man I know to a younger person . He’s a proper old woman but I don't think I can say that these days!

Nothing I can think of quite describes him as well as that phrase. Any suggestions for something more suitable for a younger person’s understanding?

The person I’m describing is a fuss pot, a worrier and goes over and over things. Fuss, fuss, fuss and if truth be told a bit of a gossip.

I will say that rather than Old Woman because there could be an old woman in ear shot to take offence! Have to be so careful now!
