I take Melatonin as and when required. Here is where I get it. Good luck. xx

Quote:
>>> In some countries, melatonin is available to buy in health food shops or online. It is sold as a complementary medicine and comes as "immediate-release" capsules, tablets or a liquid that your drink.

However, these supplements are not authorised for sale in the UK. Melatonin is a prescription-only medicine in the UK.

Ordering melatonin online is not recommended.
Chris I've been using it for at least 18 years but only when needed, not every day. Mine comes in through the Channel Islands, no problems ever. So far ... ;-)
Melatonin without prescription, is illegal in the UK. And actually, when previous members have recommended it, it has often turned out to not contain any.
