No reviews as such on my Nextdoor site but there are recommendations for tradespeople, business, eateries etc. Just as many warnings about them, too.
I find the site very useful for local information - the police, council, local MPs, councillors, fire service participate. A lot of buying/selling/freebies, moaning, gossip too.

As you can see they have what appear to be good comments from customers .
Would you use the company ?

The problem with a lot of these traders now, and there's loads of them on face book and the likes, is that they tend to just provide a mobile number. No business address, and in many cases no VAT number. There are many adds for cleaning out gutters and roofing repairs, and their add normally just show pictures of nearly new houses, but no work in progress. Look for a vat number, and business address, land line if possible.

I don't like the look of this site at all. Going through their Terms and Conditions I came across "We transfer your information outside of the EU to the United States, such as to Nextdoor, Inc., in order to provide our Services."
The US are notoriously slack about data protection, so not my cup of tea.
