They have got to be some of the most infuriating things to ever have been invented! Especially from things like couriers or banks - would you recommend us to family or friends? I can honestly say no friend or family member has ever asked me to recommend a courier service or a bank or virtually anything else. I usually start off giving them just a star rated feedback, but when they start with the 'marks out of ten' I delete them.

My health centre does this too, as does Pharmacy2U, totally infuriating. "How did we do?" grrrr

Not as irritating as “how was your delivery?”. “A person handed me a parcel”.

It’s all to do withMarket Research which I don’t bother filling in

Life is far too short to worry about such things. Unless you really want to fill them in, ignore them and find something more interesting or satisfying to do.
