Why Are The Kids Killing Each Other So Often These Days?

I never heard of a stabbing when I was a teenager and ironically most of us carried knives. Is it happening more or being reported more?

Well we did, any scout did and just about every kid had some sort of penknife. What world did you live in?

I'm not sure violence has changed, but cctv, mobile phones and social media has amplified it. What has changed I think is the weapon of choice. As mentioned above glasses were often used, thats why they stopped hanging those handled glasses at the bar and on Fridy/Sat in the clubs it was plastic.

Down here it was the Scoucers coming to the Costs Del Dole that bought the knives, I rememeber it happeneing.

I witnessed some very nasty physical bullying and fighting between girls when I was at school.
As a young man I carried a butterfly knife, couldn't for the life of me tell you why. I never took it out of my pocket except at home.
