Not looking forward to weigh in, had a dreadful day yesterday, I think they call it eating your feelings.... Oh well back to it today.

Then I thought not gaining is also a small triumph as this week I've changed my diet to include cholesterol reducing foods such as oatibix, oatcakes and little strawberry drink from Sainsbury's.
I've also eaten pizza and had a couple of nights in the pub (no saturated fat in cider). So all in all with the added carbs I've done well to not gain anything.

Oh dear two pounds back on, eating to damp down pain , ( can't take strong painkillers and I could really use them right now). Also a few beers on friday. Only happens every couple of months so not a major issue. Hope to report a loss next week, really hard when a small amount of walking puts me out of action for a few days. Hope the rest of you did better.
