Now Broadband

Does anyone in AB use Now broadband and if so how do you rate it?
I'm thinking of changing and this was recommended to me.

No problems with mine at £18 per month 11/12 mbs speed . faster if you want fibre or course . I don't bother with home phone my mobile is far cheaper for calls with 1p mobile

Check out all the very poor reviws on Trustpilot...words like "appalling" and "diabolical" used time and time again. (1.3 stars out of 5 would warn me off!)
