Crowdology Corrections?

Hello, I'm not sure if anyone on here has had experience of the Crowdology survey site? I keep getting money taken off me after I have done a survey, for example the survey is 96p, the 96p is there but then there is a minus figure for a random amount, they list it as "corrections", I've emailed them but get no response - thank you.
