Bodyform Advert

maybe I am showing my age but I find the latest Bodyform advert in very poor taste - the one showing the red blobs on the towel - is that really necessary? We all know what happens, or if we don't then that probably means we wouldn't need to use them. I find the advert makes me cringe every time I see it. Some things are best left to the imagination.

How times have changed. I can remember how embarrassed I was at 16 going to buy my first box of tampax! It took a lot of courage .

Oh, was never allowed Tampons at 16, Mum said they would take my virginity! She bought me the huge pads with the loops on.

I recall an advert a few years ago for air freshener in the toilets of Hollywood stars which definitely had the brown blobs. Can't find a link...

I'm with lankeela, I dislike this ad and always turn away before they show the red blobs! Anything goes these days it seems and I hate the woman talking about her 'pee' and 'pee pads'!

Toilet paper adverts are either graphic or twee.

I just hated the thought that pads might show beneath clothing, so went out and bought them. Told my mum though after I got the hang of using them! I had a very modern Mum. She never would have objected, but she never used them!
