I saw that, Canary. How do you shred that many by accident?

Dave, who is much nicer than me, thinks it could have been an accident.

now 1 or 2 shredded passports would be more or less acceptable! but 44 sounds very suspicious!!

Doesn't it just, Piggy? Dave was telling me if they were put together in a bag then accidentally sent for shredding that would explain it. Me? Not so sure.

I agree, how could you possibly shred a passport by accident (let alone 44). It beggars belief.

In a litigious society like the US they'll get their Aprils sued off. There'll be lawyers round them like flys on sheet. Hotel rooms, new flights, stress, parental stress and gawd knows what else xN.

Something fishy about this. Why would a hotel shred even one foreign passport?

A high security waste disposal unit used to visit my workplace once a month to shred/dispose of sensitive documents on site. This incident could have been a similar scenario, a large bag or two chucked in to an industrial shredder.

Unless you have an industrial shredder I cant see a Passport being shredded.

Most likely sold. There are now 41 Mexican kids with British passports.
