Where did tiffin originate? Remember having it on bonfire nights when I lived in Yorkshire!

I remember Joe Lyons corner house, serving a meal called Tiffin...

Tiffin was a word used in the days of the british raj, an old english word for afternoon tea or luncheon, think chill wind correct skyver means parkin

Yep, Yorkshire home of Parkin - nothing else comes close to it...bonfire nights are not the same without it!!
