I work at a restaurant that gives me a free meal every time I work. Would it be a good idea not to eat outside work and the free meal? The most time I have between work is about 45hrs. So my fasting will be more like wet fasting as one can go up to 3 days without food but no more than 24hrs without water. Let me know what you think and what type of fasting I should do. I can alternate between dry and wet fasting if you think that is a good idea, as the least time I have between work is 13hrs. I am thinking of doing this because I would like to lose some weight and become healthier.

Maybe better to focus on excercise,,, and eat healthy between free restraunt meals (which I guess arent that healthy???) - have plenty of veg and water and maybe some nuts
Don't go without fluid EVER !!! It isn't when, or how often, you eat, it's how much you eat that determines your weight. Consume less calories than you expend and your weight will come down.
Errr, what is your weight drob.Anything between 50kg and 80 kg is okay.Either side of that, problematical.
Limited fadting is supposed to be good for you, although it doesn't much appeal to me. But I don't believe we are talking of days at a time though. More a case of most or all of a day on some days. I know there's a diet going around that advises 2 days fast a week. Personally that sounds excessive to me, but there again a few hours fast does too. As for what you choose, that's up to you. If you try it then I think it should be more for health reasons than weight loss. Make sure you get sufficient nutrition whatever you choose.
My thought is don’t. It’s a stupid idea. Eat regular healthy meals.
FASTING !!!!!!!!!!!
Did you follow the advice on the other threads? I think you've had several on eating and scheduling.
I'm not a fan of going without good for long periods.
The, most popular and probably most practical method to do is 16:8 intermittent fasting which involves fasting every day for 16 hours and restricting your daily eating window to eight hours. This schedule means not eating anything after dinner and skipping breakfast...or eating breakfast and lunch within an 8 hour window. In this way you can also regulate appetite and blood glucose levels.
Don't go wet or dry...whatever that is. Just stick to proper healthy food.
*food*...not good.
all i know about it is that it makes you very hungry
