Hi All

Has anyone had shoulder surgery via athriscopic procedure and shrinking the shoulder capsule, I had it done 3 years ago due to repaeted dislocation, I have recently taken a new job and really worried something may go wrong with my shoulder which would result in me being absent and could lose my new position, someone I work with really wants my job so worried that can take no sick at all, just little worried about my shoulder

want to know if anyone has had this op and success rates? have tried shoulder forums etc and got no replies and I usually get help on this site. I have tried my surgeon aswell and no response, it does hurt quite a lot but mainly when I think about it ?

thanks

Steve, I don't understand how you feel that your employer could do anything if you had to have time off for this. He couldn,t just demote you without a much better reason - such as negligence or misconduct.
