not usually Trev..find it difficult to sleep at the best of times..especially during the day !

I used to work 12 hour shifts days and nights and always found 3pm and 3am to be when I was at my lowest ebb and could easily have had forty winks!

will be in jim jams and in bed by 8pm most likely..whether or not I sleep then is another thing.. watch telly for a while
