Fax Carpet Cleaner

My friend has bought a Vax carpet cleaner and says it is so heavy to move she has hurt her side .It is the ones advertised on TV and seems to glide along on there, Is there something she is doing wrong

We have the Vax Platinum and it is quite easy to use. Not saying it is light but not heavy either.

I have a Vax carpet cleaner, it's quite old though, not the latest one and I've always found it easy to push along. Could you read the instructions with her and see if that helps ?

She is in her 70’s but is quite fit.

They are fairly heavy when filled with water but do a good job. But very difficult to clean out the brushes underneath, you have to take apart all the screws etc. Not an easy job. I sent mine back because of this. Perhaps they have changed the design in the last few months though.
