Medication Clocks Changing Confused?

Hi there If I take 2 cocodamol 30/500mg at 1030pm with the clocks going forward do I just take it 4 hours later at 230am at the old time ?

If you take drugs at 2230 and need to take drugs four hours later when the clocks go forward then you need to take them at 0330 yes the normal time would be 0230 so add a hour 0330

I doubt that taking a painkiller an hour out is likely to make a lot of difference; but I'm no doc.

Regularity is the key here, not the time shown on your clock. Best solution is to split the hour on the first alteration and make the first gap three hours thirty minutes. Then go back four hourly.

If you are taking them every four hours day and night you will be taking too many. Maximum dose a eight tablets in 24 hours so for 24 your cover you should be taking them 6 hourly. Paracetamol can build up to a liver damaging dose over just a few days of taking them incorrectly.
