it's called pre-ejaculate and is totally normal. it happens to all men if they actually bother to wait a bit and please the girl before just sticking it in the moment they get hard. ;)

Tat is totally right, the fluid you refer to is indeed Pre-ejaculate which is a substance that "cleanses" the urethra (tube that carries sperm) from any acids such as Urine thus not affecting the sperm when it eventually finds its way through!
