From distant memory use tracing paper. Trace the triangle.Put pen over the point a rotation... turn paper 180 degrees and draw triangle through tracing paper.
Then move as instructed

Firstly, rotating the triangle 180 degrees about (-1,1) produces the following:

A at (-1,2)
B at (-3,2)
and C at (-3,1)

Applying the vector (4,-2) shifts everything to the right by 4 and down by 2:

B is invariant (it hasn't moved from its original starting position) .... I agree with Etch :)
