Suggestion.

Go to this site and download the ad (adverts, T, Trebor soft mints)

The play the ad using VLC Media player, where you can adjust the speed and take vid caps. It IS possible to do this with windows media player, but VLC would be best, and if you haven't got it, it's worth getting (free BTW).
